1. Acceptance of Terms

• You must register using accurate, truthful personal information. Providing false details is a breach of these terms.
• You must not be a professional athlete, referee, coach, or official in a sport on which gv444 offers betting markets.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person, or using funds obtained through unlawful means.

gv444 may request identity documentation at any time to verify eligibility. This process is part of our standard Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure and is designed to protect both the player and the platform. Players who refuse KYC verification may have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold.

3. Account Registration & Security

Each player is permitted to hold one (1) account on gv444. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect that duplicate accounts have been opened in your name, contact our support team immediately.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. gv444 strongly advises using a unique, strong password that is not used on any other platform. Do not share your login credentials with any third party. gv444 accepts no responsibility for losses or damages arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure is processed, any active bonuses will be reviewed in accordance with the applicable bonus terms. gv444 may close an account without prior notice if any of the following apply:

• Evidence of fraudulent activity, collusion, or manipulation of game outcomes
• Breach of these Terms & Conditions in any material respect
• Provision of false or misleading registration information

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

gv444 supports a range of payment methods specifically chosen for the Bangladesh market. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Transactions are subject to the minimum and maximum limits displayed in the cashier section of your account at the time of the transaction.

Deposits

5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence.

• Bonus funds may not be transferable between accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting rollover conditions
